Yeah. When I was in my early teens, I almost always dreamed in black and white. But now that I'm older, it's in colour. I have no idea why, but that's just how it is.
I dream in color.and sometimes in black and white.
who knows because 95% of your dreams you can't remember
true some people dream about alive
i only thought dogs did?
Probably, but I have 3D Coloured dreams with stereo sound - and I really enjoy them!
I don't know how to tell. People misreport things.
So they say but I have lots of dreams in colour so either I see black and white and change it into colour mentally I really don't know, how did the people who work these things out get in your dream to decide what colour you dream is anyhow?
in my dream the other night my friend was in a white suit! and i remember the colour of the sky..does this mean i attached these colours after i woke?
I think you're thinking about dogs. They dream in b&w. Honestly.
Sleep lab evidence suggests that most dreams ARE in color, although people frequently do not supply color information unless specifically asked for it. It is likely that color information is often simply forgotten, especially if the dreamer doesn't think the dimension of color is particularly important, anyway. Memory of specific aspects of dreams usually degrades very rapidly after awakening. If the dreamer does not make note of color information right away, it just evaporates, and is no longer accessible.
When I was younger, I had nightmares about being chased by a yellow dog, so I know I dream in colour. In fact, I don't ever recall having a black and white dream. Maybe it just depends on the individual?
I believe that everyone dreams in color. Most of the experts believe this too. You can look on the web for meanings to your dreams as well.
Hi, i never really thought about it before, thanks for making me think about it, sometimes i dream in colour but its not like Tv colour its like just all one colour. I dont know how to explain it but its not always black and white.
I found this from a site:
"Colour vs. Black and White Dreams
Some people feel that as a dream manifests into third dimension it moves from black and white to colour definition. Other believe that black and white dreams are dream time but dreams in colour are parallel experiences. Further - dreams in black and white indicate an event in the far future - then same scene later manifesting as a dream in colour meaning it is getting closer to physical reality."
yes
most of my dreams are black and white. sometimes it has some disgusting colors. I guess because it happens at night, your surrounding is dark. Have you ever experience sleeping, and have your curtain open, you wink and have to wake up because it's too bright, even though your eyes are closed? So I guess, the black and white dreams happen at night, and the vivid color dreams happen early in the morning.
When I was a kid, I had nightmares in black and white but regular dreams I dreamt in color. Now all my dreams are in color. Don't know why.
Yes.but every body dreams
Maybe the blind ones.
I dont dream in color.
Could this be a Clever trick of the brain to compress information and "mental stuff"f after all, I think it's true that you dream in "super fast time" i.e an hours worth of dreaming only takes a few minutes !
Incidentally I think I can illustrate this, as once I had a really boring job where I constantly fell asleep then woke up again and an afternoon session of three hours would seem like a whole day !!
p.s. don't tell my boss about this !!!
Most people do dream in color, but some may not notice colors in their dreams. Because color is such a natural part of our visual experience, we sometimes overlook colors in our dreams. Another reason may have to do with how our dreams fades so quickly from our memory upon waking that when we may be able to recall the dream in shades of gray. However, the dreams that are in black and white can be an indication of a depressed or sadden mood
Yes, it is.
Yeah, especially very old people, who still remember old movies!
