Maybe I should try it.. I was recently on a course on "communication" for work. It lasted three days, during which I was given the impression by the instructor that I was. incapable of doing my job. too shy. badly dressed. ugly. etc. Then, at the very end of the course, I was asked to read a passage out loud. In the middle of it, the instructor stopped me and said "wow.. this is it. You have got something going for you after all. you've got an amazing voice.." I was just glad to get out of there ! Still. maybe it's worth a try !
