What should Earth do with one(s) who say, "No matter what, we have nothing in common"?
I do not mean that one(s) would say this in the heat of the moment. I mean one(s) that really are exiting Earth, by terroristic suicide if necessary, to put you under them. There is no, "We are all created equal".

Reply "Except that we indeed have nothing in common." The logical paradox should drive them mad, thinking about it, like a sentence that says "This statement is false". :)

Love through expression of hope to the individual telling them they are important and should be heard. By blowing themselves and other up, communications cannot take place. Once they know love, then educations is need to learn how we are interconnected to one another and need one another. Follow this with move love.
No matter how much we'd all like to see a united world with everyone loving one another, this will never happen. It all goes back to 'tribal warfare', when the main aim in life was survival and it was a case of 'the survival of the fittest'. Each tribe was too fearful to attempt to communicate with another, in case they should be slaughtered during the process. Fear and distrust were what ensured their survival and for them that was the law of the jungle. That was then, but we've hardly moved on at all; we have wonderful communication systems and with modern transport the world has become much smaller. Unfortunately, fear and distrust of cultures foreign to our own remain, and who can blame us? There will always be evil people in the world who want power and who will play on this fear and distrust to their advantage. How do we recognise them? I don't believe they're always the obvious; they're too clever to reveal their hand - they allow others to take-on the public face.
You must have something in common if you were having a conversation with this person - that is the most important things humans can do: talk (there's always common ground here).
