i think i understand your question and you are refering to carers and not the people being cared for. anyway hope this helps:1. simply due to their lack of life experience and naievety. 2. this would relate specifically on what learning difficulty the carer had but i would think mainly down to the carer being unable to define what is wrong and right. a problem with understanding ethics and morality in general although that answer may sound quite unethical!i would really need to know the prime learning difficulty to answer fully.3. isolation can bring about changes in peoples characteristics and therefore lack of socialisation can make one take on ones own beliefs and learning and not that of society in general. it would also depend a lot on whether the carer was having problems with the cared for, for example a sibling and a an aged parent, the sibling can begin to feel trapped. a good idea may be to look up some social work cases here.4. a more likely area for abuse to happen due to the addiction of the carer and the lengths that addiction can cause people to go to to aid their addiction.5. firstly i dont know wether this in the majority of cases would happen, if it did maybe it would be down to the fact that the abused do not see the abuse as abuse and has taken it as normality.6.basically the same answer, do they see the abuse as abuse? then again they could use the cared as a way of fighting back and getting their anger out of their system if you understand that.7.the pressures placed on those in poverty are huge. it can lead to depression and stress both of which can lead to them taking it out on others and not thinking straight.8.bit difficult that one dont know whether you mean large families in general or carers looking after large families, sorry.9.possibly due to the education of the child and what he/she has been brought up to believe is right and wrong, moral values ect. hope this helps. very short answers for a very deep and intense question which i could of written a book on to be honest!
how about paranoia from the asker.
1. young people have got more to do in life so therefor wouldn't give the full time required to do the job.
Haven't got time to answer them all but I would say generally that they all have more things to do and learn in life before they can care for a person, so therefor they wouldn't give it there full attention, and lack of attention is classed as abuse.
Each one comes down to a lack of understanding of the needs of the patient they are caring for. In the case 5 & 6 its a well known fact that abusers are often previously abused people and the cycle needs to be broken. With the socially isolated and poor economic ones it has to be frustration. So the answer is probably Frustration in all cases.
4 any carer using should not be a carer!
Well it sound like you don't need this site.
Because the health and social blame it on those conditions rather than actually face reality and sort it out. It would be easier for them to say "oh well they come from one of the above, so thats the reason this has happened, we can now close the book and forget about it".. I had an awful upbringing with one thing and another and i don't abuse in anyway at all, it fact it made me stronger to get a career and a brill life with my husband and child. So personally i don't think it is from what background you come from ( as the rich and famous have been renound for the above questions) i personally think it is what type of person you are, as there are choices in life and you choose either the right way or wrong way all by youself, plus you must not have a concience.
they are all lacking the tools to make proper and rational decisions due to adversity or environment. But what do i know,eh!!
As you are obviously getting other people to do your work, just how will you know if anyone has given the correct answers?
Yes - I could answer all your questions, no, I am not going to do so, as you are obviously studying this subject and I would hate to think you were going to be let loose into the community not having done the required work.
Just for free - THAT would increase the likelihood of abuse taking place. You can add that to your list - poorly trained carer who cheated on their course work to pass.
don't see what #'s 8 & 10 have to do with the liklihood, you might want to change "liklihood" to "increased chance of" for your question
1. young carers under 24=May lack in life experience.
2 carers with special educational needs=May lack in ability if they didn't have support.
3socially isolated carers= Unable to interact with others for advice or even a well earned break.
4carers who misuse alcholand/or drugs=Distorted judgement, leading to possible accidents and even neglect.
5carers who have been previously abused= Negative lessons learned which may be passed on.
6carers from abusive families= As above and low self esteem
7carers with poor economic circumstances= Could be emotional problems, health too could suffer.
8large families 4 or more children= Possible neglect if busy, could be poor too.
9carers with inadequate upbringing= Ignorance, low social emotional skills also possible physical problems.
10 poor physical= Can result in poor social and emotiional skills too.
cos each one of the above is a problem in itself, and if u have problems yourself i don't think a person is capable of looking after some one who really needs its because that can be a real strain on the carer and it could then lead to the carer abusing or neglecting the person they are looking after
