y do we sleep. ive heard some stuff that sleeping doesnt give uno more engery than toast so y do we sleep?

The two biggest reasons are:
1. To let your body rest and repair itself from all the damage you've done to it during the day. During sleep, your body removes toxins from your blood, repairs muscles, rebuilds chemical and water levels in the cells, etc.Sleep periods are also when your body grows, if you're a child.
2. To give your brain a chance to assimilate all the things you;ve learned that day, not to mention to give it a break too, although the brain never shuts down completely. If it did, we would stop breathing and never wake up.
to rest our tired body..
To break up the monotony of life!

to defragment our brains
coz we'd be very very tired and then probably go insane. coz you don't just rest your body you have to rest your brain too!

when w esleep our bodies use up all the access food in our bodies to produce energy, our muscles need rest too our brains need rest. so go to sleep and take a multi vitimin to purge out all the oxidents in you as you sleep.
