Intro to Psychology by Atkinson or any good books on Abnormal Psychology. They are exciting!

Awaken the giant within - Anthony Robbins

A good place to start. It is an NLP book essentially, but he has put his own spin on it with plenty of wonderful stories and examples to keep you ticking along!
You should check out books about Milton H.Ericskon. I think the guy was awesome. Also take a look at http://psychology.hammocksurvivalguide.c.
