Does this confidence cd really work? need help, desperatly asap?
i am in the process of buying a self help confidence book and cd named "instant confidence" by paul mckenna and was wondering if it would still work if i only listened to the cd because i dont think i would have the time to read the book. also would the cd work when im in my bed trying to sleep?

It depends on your belief system, your present self image, is what is holding you back in life. The best way to boost self confidence is to relax in a quiet room and use your imagination, picture yourself on your mental screen and make it big bright, the best that you can be, keep telling yourself over and over that you are the best at whatever you do. Practise this simple method for a few weeks, for about 20 mins a day, but make sure that you are totally relaxed when doing this exercise. It more or less works on the same principle as Paul MC Kenna CD trust me I have his CD "Change Your Life In 7 Days" and really the principle behind it.
The more you believe in your Sub Conscious that you are confident, the better the outcome, good luck in whatever you decide

I have tried his slimming one and the CD is very strange, I ended up switching off the cd and reading the book instead! Saying that though, his slimming ideas do work ! Go for it - what have you got to loose!
If your trying to sleep I wouldn't recommend it because I'm sure everything the author has to tell you won't always grab your attention. For example, you will find some parts you already know boring that would probably cause you to dose off. Unless you find this an effective way for you to learn then give it a shot. Point is, don't listen to it(anything your trying to learn/use) while trying to sleep.
probably work better wilst you were sleeping, leave the machine on repeat, matter of fact i think i will follow your lead and get one
A waste of time and money. Just go out and get drunk instead.
They do work but u have to listen to it reguarly i find it best to listen to it just before bed its so relaxing as well helps you sleep.
i don't know as i have not tried any of them. but i would say that it is worth a try, you never know.
