Goal #1: I will not waste my time on this site and start doing something more meaningful and productive.
set small, relatively easily attainable goals, along with the harder to get ones. as you work towards all the goals, achieving the smaller ones will give you the confidence and the drive to keep working towards the harder ones.

First decide where you want to end up.and then formulate a plan on how to get there, then follow through. BUT don't make your plan so rigid that it can't bend for circumstances and unforseen changes in your life, or career goals.
Write down a list of things you want to accomplish for now, next year, ect. The most important thing is do not procrastinate. Goals can be anywhere from what you want to get finished by the end of next week to what you want to do or be doing in the next 5 years. Goals change, so you constantly need to update and reevaluate what your goals are.
I agree that you should start with small goals-However, in my experience and in the books that I have read you should be very specific. It was once stated, and forgive me for not remember what book it was, "you don't get what you want, you get what you vision." So see your goals, write them down and be specific. Make sure you start with daily goals then weekly then monthly etc. All of them should help you towards the other goals that way you are working together. I hope this helps.
Think of any Goal as one giant pie in fact draw a pie graph ,now section it off like pizza ,label each section with a smaller goal and always be realistic like dont write down "become a rocket scientist" then drop outta school etc..make sure you give yourself a time to complete each goal ( each section) .if its not working ..dont be afraid to change some expectations...good luck .reach for the moon an if ya miss youll fall among the stars..

I would recommend an organisation, 'The Landmark Forum.'

I honestly know a 'lot' of people who have benefited from it, from all over the world.
