I'd want to be with my loved ones family and friends and pets i would try and stay strong for everyone. i would want lots of kisses and cuddles from my man and for all our family and friends to be together at the moment it all ends. It doesn't bear thinking about do you know something we don't i think this is the 3rd time i have seen a question like this.
I think that questions like this are really impossible to answer truthfully - as we never really know what we would do till we are in that position . and hopefully I never will be.
That said, I hope that I will be able to spend my last moments with my family and close friends . or scuba diving!

1 day...spend it with my girlfriend and/or family etc.

But I think I will stay with the people I love and talk about the past. At that time, I think everybody will unveil their masks and speak straight from their hearts.
