Well, a dear friend who was a driving examiner with the DMV for many years before we met in law school. told me I was one of the best drivers he ever knew. My boyfriend of the last 20 years, who used to drive limos professionally, told me he'd feel perfectly comfortable falling asleep in my shotgun seat any time, and know that I'd keep him safe and sound. So yeah, I guess some of us really can drive.
Insurance companies think so. They offer better rates to women drivers, or at least they used to. The real question: can men drive?
they can drive but not very well. and the only reason men have more accidents than women is becasue they crash trying to avoid women drivers. i was in a car park the other day and this was reversing out of a space and she was looking forward , straight forward. not looking behind her or in the mirrors , nothing just straight forward whilst reversing. i stopped and shook my head at her and she did not even know what she had done wrong. bloody women,!! plus my wife has crashed my car twice in 2 weeks. i now need a new door and a new wing.

Yes I can. No accidents or tickets at all. And I'm sure there are plenty more women just like me who have even been driving longer.
In my opinion we are the better drivers, we take more care and are more observant than you males!!! me personally i have been driving for 12 years and never had an accident - touch wood i never will!!

They all drive men, who are rather complex, by the nose, why should they not be able to drive a simple stupid machine assuming you meant a car? Besides, it's not for you to decide, or us, it's the state automovile licence officials, who have a rather tough protocol to follow, the same for men as women.

Ask the girls at Shelia's Wheels or Diamond car insurance. They are companies who deal with car insurance JUST for WOMEN. No MEN. And why is that? Because women have far less accidents than men and are less of a liability to insure. Even 17 yr old males have problems with insurance - it's up to £500 cheaper for a girl of the same age. I think the facts speak for themselves.
