If you could pass a new law for your own selfish reasons what would it be?

mine would be to take the driving licenses off the idiots who insist on driving along our street

People with an IQ above 125 should get paid more.
My law would prevent stupid people and those who can't keep their house and selves clean from procreating. They would have to submit to a series of tests and if they did not pass, then they would be sterilized on the spot. I work in the child protection field..this would solve a lot of problems!
