well im 5'2 slim very attactive, quite intelligent, but where i live, its full of scum, where would i find nice men i live near manchester.

There are plenty of nice men around, but they don't advertise their presence, and there is another problem as well. Society has conditioned men to believe that women are not looking for nice men.
I have one tip for you. Stop looking for a man, and you will find him when you least expect it. Another conditioning thing - men will rarely get serious about a girl who is (desperately or just semi-desperately) looking for a nice (or indeed, any) man.
I believe the converse is true too, but I am not (and never have been) a woman, and can unfortunately not verify this.
If you believe that Manchester is a dead-end, then travel around the world a bit. Humans are nomadic by design, so there is no reason why the man who is right for you would be living next door to you.

Extemporaneous is correct! There are plenty of nice men out there, just not necessarily filling all of the broad criteria theat "nice" entails. Now, do you want a man who is "nice" looking, has a "nice" personality, and is "nice" to you? Because let's face it, that isn't what women want! "Nice" looking, maybe, but most women don't want someone to be "nice" to them. When men are "nice" to women, they think oh, he's "nice", he can be my male friend who I tell all my problems too about the blokes I go out with who aren't very nice!

We are here Luv, but not in the places you look for us in. We are the men who hang back out of underconfidence and wish to make a good impression of ourselves to you, but find all these idiotic mouthy numpties are what you like. (Or seem to like) Avoid all the clubs, they are full of drunken ignoramusses who make a lot of noise but have no substance and intelligence. As to where you will find us, we are in education, both full and part time, libraries, museums and art galleries, alt music gigs, being hobbyists and so on. We are not always the most trendy and hip men, they are the most shallow of creatures. Ask yourself this, if you were a nice modest intelligent man, what would you be doing? If you can answer this you will know where to find us. Good luck in your search.
