It would be very boring if you did'ent have problems
Each change in the cycle of life brings a new set of circumstances - some of which we can deal with easily, and some of them not so easily.
But a problem free life would never give you the personal strenghts and skills to develop your human potential, so even they have a purpose.
Remember, character is built from adversity, not from a lack of challenge.
Good luck in sorting out your issues!
cos life would be very boring if it ran smoothly and you are given things to overcome, which make you stronger.
i know how you feel, things are rough for me at the moment too. im trying to look to the future, and see the big picture. that way i dont get too bogged down with all the crap in my head.
try to think of anything good in your life and focus on that, hopefully the thing that is depressing you will be temporary and you ll soon be feeling better.
hang in there, you are not alone x
everyone has problems through life, sometimes i feel as if it will never stop. it just depends on how you handle it really,i used to be so stressed out now i think stuff it I'm not going to let it get to me, don't let this problem take over your life its not worth it . good luck
That's just life dear! Try St John Wort - works for me.
cos thats just the way it is
Life is cruel!!!!!! It happens to the best of us, it doesn't usually last for ever though.
so that you can work them out, better yourself and move on to the next situation. Eventually the problems become minor. Sort your mind out and your depression will go
well corney as it may sound if you don't have the bad you cant appricaite the good right? Everything happens for a reason, so don't look at it always as a bad thing, thry to see what you can get out of it..trust me i know misfortune like you wouldnt believe.so i hope you feel better soon though
I've been where you are and came to the conclusion that you will experience problems all through your life but what to do with them? Try to see them as challenges and a learning experience rather than the doom and gloom calling them problems can cause. Take each day as it comes and battle each day as if it were your last because you are alive. Best of luck and I hope the good times start rolling in for you you can help yourself a lot but also dont be afraid to ask others for help.
I think everybody gets like that sometimes mate..nothing stays smooth..you'll get through it though
As my mum says, when I'm feeling a bit sh.ity..
'Something will turn up..even if it's just the end of your nose!'
I know that sounds utterly stupid.always puts a smile on my gob though.....hope it did the same for you!

when things get really bad sometimes they cant get worse and things have to brighten up.
i do have a little kid and i find trying to make him happy always makes me smile, even when i am feeling down.
so chin up their are lots more like you and i am hoping you will be able to sort your troubles and laugh at them soon.
There will always be problems and issues in your life, you can't avoid it. They may range from major personal loss to minor annoyances. The key to beating depression is to learn to accept what you can't change and to try to change what you can.
If you need a good example look at the Amish people and their reactions to an enormous tragedy - they even offered support and concern to the perpertrators family for their loss!
I call them "Tests"..don't know why you have to continually have them.guess we go throught them so we learn something from them..so not to make the same mistakes, or learn to appreciate what you have, the people you have in your life, so you don't feel sorry for yourself while others are having way harder times than you are, so you grow, mind and soul..
Because those problems helps us to learn from our mistakes and grow with experience. It's part of life!
How boring life would be without problems to solve then. Problems rather test your discipline, or endurance or resistance to bad or unfavorable things that come your way. Those problems are useful even. You are able to determine, anticipate or mitigate such a problem once it occurs again.
You're depressed. you probably have more than one problem but you're rather confused about what to do. Try facing them one at a time. Make the best solution possible and in as much as you can imagine. Com'on. don't you want to have that same good feeling you've had when you overcome a problem, or best, when you fix a problem the way you wanted it?
^__^
The answer to your question is simple "Life" and life is what you make of it.
All stages of life have diffrent problems that come up to bite you in the bum it is how you deal with those problems that count.
What ever it is you are depressed with you need to talk about it with someone and not dwell or think about it as it makes it worse.
Something has made you depressed and i am sorry about that as depression is not a nice thing to happen to anyone.
You need to think are you a swimmer or a sinker otherwords are you going to let what ever it is drag you down until you drown or are you going to rise above it, learn to swim and be out there in front? Up to you we all have problems my friend and life just is not fair I know but rise above it by talking your problem through with someone.
Without wishing to sound maudlin' I have had to overcome many obstacles through my 50 years, such as death of parent when young, attacked by gang, married to an alcoholic, divorced and left to raise two young children, and so on. The one thing that has held me up through all these is my self respect and now I believe that for all that I have experienced I am much better, more rounded human being. Good luck for the future my friend.
Why in your opinion is swearing socially unacceptable?
I smelled death last night. Does this mean anything ?
