Do you enjoy, avoid or feel uncomfertable regarding conflict?

It really depends. Some conflict is good, and conflict is the only way we can ever achieve progress. Other conflict, like much of the conflict on YA, is childish and is best avoided. I really only feel "uncomfortable" when it's someone else's conflict-- eg, you're with some people and they start fighting, and you couldn't care either way what it's about.
As soon as conflict rears its ugly head at work, my heart races and my voice dries up. At home its different, I just let rip.
Hate conflict I think everyone should just get on
i try to avoid it be cause it really is a waste of time. but if i am having a bad day and wanna argue I do not mind yelling at a complete stranger for cutting me in line!
I don't enjoy it but it happens.
Bad temper and low patience are no help.

I'm not sure when it changed but since I've hit 18 (23 now) I don't feel prudish about sock'n someone right in the face.

I hate conflict! Honestly, I don't like to hurting other people's feelings. I feel really bad if I get angry and I say something hurtful or mean. Even if the other person deserves it. :( BUT ON THE OTHER HAND? A MAN'S GOTTA DO, WHAT A MAN'S GOTTA DO! SO DON'T THINK I'M A PUSH OVER, CAUSE I WILL BUST YOU DEAD IN YO EYE! YOU WILL GET SHANKED! :)

I hate conflict i try to avoid it but sometimes it can't be helped.

Anybody who enjoys conflict has a screw loose. But I know that there are such people. You should feel uncomfortable, but there are people who need to be confronted.
It really does depend on who it is with for me, i can happily confront conflict with people i dont know because i am VERY stron willed and sometimes a little arrogant but with Freinds and Family i have to be careful and usually walk away because i don't want to upsey anyone.
So short answer is "depends who it is"

I use to avoid it but I think im starting to hit menopause and get b!tchy (LOL) because although it still makes me uncomfortable I will confront ppl
