its not so much belief as it is faith,and everyone needs faith, something to belive in and hope for, to be happy for etc. from my piont of view, for me i am over the moon that i can be loved by someone who can protect me and love me and forgive me for anyhting i do wrong, god is great and since he has been a part of my life i have never been lonely and that was a big issue in my life til he changed it and made everything better again. im sorry for babbling on but for me, i think a life without faith is a life without purpose
