I get really anxious when im in a leson at school, i shake, go hot what can i do?
Answers:
When we become anxious our body becomes stressed. This increases certain levals of chemicals that in turn can cause - sickness, diziness ect, The best thing to do is take some deep breaths and inhale Oxygen as this will remove the natural chemicals inside your body that could be causing the problem! give it a try hope it works for you.
It's worked for me i was the same and at times still am when i have to present something to my class at university!
Skive off, problem solved.
you have a phobia.
many people outgrow them.
different approaches. one may be to go overboard. walk down the hall with toilet paper on your shoe, and you will not be embarrassed in class from doing nothing.
take a tranquilizer, like alcohol or a prescription painkiller and you wont get hot or shake.
Have you been through anything that could have been potentially traumatic recently? If you have then I've got the same problem as you. I've had it for three years and it's called agoraphobia. Well, mine happens whenever I go out so I don't know if it's the same for you, but I used to get panic attacks and would have to leave the room.
I can't go on holiday, go out with friends, do anything normal basically. I'm not saying that it'll be the same for you, but you should possibly consider getting some help.
It's not easy to cope with, but you'll get through it! You won't be like this forever, I swear! If you talk to people about it, you'll probably find that a lot of other people have the same problems aswell so talk it out. It's the best way to get through it. Don't hold it all inside!
Hope this helps, if ya want anymore info about it, just ask!
You could always try breathing into a paper bag or simply look towards the ceiling/sky! It's hard to feel sad when you're looking up. Don't ask me why but I swear it works! And smile a lot!
It sounds like you are having some sort of anxiety or panic attack. I used to have those when I was at secondary school - and looking back I can see that they were related to things that were going on in my home life. I didn't have treatment for them - but initially I thought I was having a heart attack or something! You could seek medical advice - but I think you need to examine what's going on in your life that could be causing these episodes and then try to address them. Easier said than done, I know. Good luck to you - and don't worry - they will go.
The best cure for anxiety, in my experience, is to ensure that you are properly hydrated. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water (2 litres) every day. Also try this, close your eyes and imagine how you are feeling when you feel this anxiety. Try to match your actions the way you have your hands and your facial expressions. Do this for at least 2 or 3 minutes until you actually start feeling nervous. Once you have got this feeling right and you feel hot and slightly shaky start to analyze yourself. How are your hands, clenched or open) what expression do you have on your face, and most of all what way are you leaning? you will find that if you lean the other way that you will instantly feel different. Your body will be confused. Try this several times and you will notice that you always lean the same way. When you are in class lean the other way to the way you were leaning and you will start to feel better.
Once you understand the way your body reacts to feelings you can control them really well.
Sorry for the long answer, hope it helps!
It could possibly be a panic attack (it's not half as bad as it sounds). See if the symptoms in this link match the ones you're having. It explains very well what brings them on and what you can do about it.

So do I. Could it be that you are just too stressed because of pressure to make high grades? I know that I put unnecessary stress on myself because I hope to go to an Ivy League school. Is it that you are uncomfortable around your peers and are afraid of becoming an outcast? If I knew more about your situation, I'd offer better advice, but this is all i can think of.
