Lately i have been having a lot of dreams about having sex. why is this?
i don't feel sexually frustrated in waking life though
but i havent had sex for about 3 - 4 months

sexual dreams are very natural, and generally as u said, u would not be able to place ur dreams with a particular person, so no need to worry.
