Can any one explain to me brantingham and faust's typology of crime? 1976?

im in year one of my psychology with criminology degree at uni and this is completely over my head, iv looked at it i just cant understand it.

web links would be the best and would get the 10 points if it came with a descriptive detailed explanation too.
