Answers:
True success is definitely not measured by material gain.you're right. It s measured by many things and it can only be answered by yourself. You need to ask yourself and honestly answer: Am I happy? Am I content? How often do I worry? How often do I regret? Would I change anything in my life or my past? Where am I headed? What are my dreams and how am I going to live them? What's missing from my life? These are the kinds of things you need to ask yourself. I have met people living in the Amazon River Basin and live well. They don't have electricity or cell phones or cars or couches, but they don't have bills or mortgages or fuel expenses. Their life is hard, but simple. They were content.I think that a common illusion of Americans is that the more you have the happier you'll be, but that's just not true. What I'm saying is that is doesn't what you do and don't have.it's how you feel.
A lot of people often ask the question "what is my purpose in life?" , "why am I here?' or some other question similar to this.
It is often considered one of life's hardest questions.
I would propose that the answer is actually simple. Your purpose in this life is to live it well. Now the word 'well' is defined by you.
We all have an inner voice that tells us right from wrong, what is ethical and what is not and I would propose that how we pay attention to that voice defines one aspect of living well.
Our relationships with others is another aspect of living well.
The respect we give and receive is part of this.
As far as material gain, wealth gained by individual efforts that does not cause hardships on others is perfectly legitimate.
Considering that you have duties that correspond with your rights as a citizen will help you live well in your nation, wherever it is.
Living your life so as to be an example for others is probably a good blanket statement
true success is how happy you are.
