it seems that way most of the time but i guess its just how they are brought up and how much responsibilty and determination and trust hes had in his childhood (or she )
er we do about 3 years faster than u hehe so wen were actually 15 were the mental age of 18 lol n ur the mental age of 15or most likely 3

Yes. Proof of that is how boys retain they are better than girls till they are 25 while we drop the issue at about 12.
Most of us do. Some boys actually catch up, but it's really rare. Girls usually have more responsibilities and more expected of them, but guys can have alot to deal with also.

For sure. Even 'grown' men need someone to mother them! Expect a guy to act at least half his age or less - for ever - and the older they get the more years you can take off!
