Why do some single middle aged men go in the pub EVERY NIGHT?

the same pub.with the same bunch of people.what do they talk about? don't they get fed up with each other's company?

Answers:
You've never went to a bar and met people? Then you continue to go there and friendships grow. It's the same concept.
How do you know this, I have never seen you there!
Friends like to hang out and relax after work. We talk about girls, sports, work, cars, food.you know, guy stuff.
alcoholism
There is always a sports that needs spectators
They're just bored and have nothing to go home to. So they find a place and make it their home away from home.
Well, If they are single then that's why they go. For the company. It beats staying home alone with nothing to do.
Which pub is it im off down there.lol
Are you talking about yourself? Is this a rhitorical question?
i am a 27yr female, i dont see anything wrong with men of any age meeting up together, just like us ladies do,
Because they can !
cause they end up kill themself if they stay home evernight!
looking to get lucky
cuz they are lonely
they have nothing better to do
because they can same reason a dog licks its balls
Exactly where is this pub?
I'm single
cuz their home life is unfulfilling, theyre bored, theres nothing on the telly, theyre bored, theres nothing on cable, sky, and they dont fancy any of teh hundreds of videos and DVDS onteh shelf, they think their throat has sprung a leak..and htey have to check it out.

i used to be in the pub 6 days a week, but i was 17.and you dont want to sit at home watching telly with your olds. it was as much a social thig as a drinking thing, and by the time i was 26 i had an epiphany.it wasnt on the road to damascus, i was throwing up.. it was barf city and the technicolour yawn. now it wasnt the first time i'd thrown up.but it was the first time i thought, why am i doing this, its not like i enjoy the experience.

and over the next few years i drank less, and less, and less. my mates didnt, they are still pi**ing it up, eating burgers and waitng for their heart attacks.. and theyer all well, lets be nice and say theyre picked and bloated. not to mention broke.

we still socialise, we (the wife and i) have a busy life, and we drive, so we just dont drink, its safer, and easier. and when plod says blow inthe bag, you know its coz his chips are hot, as you havent had a drink. i cant say we miss going to the pub, it maybe because im older, and cant put up with drunken kids who think theyer IT, and want to prove it. but hundreds of thousands of people do go out, and enjoy it. maybe its the alcohol.the comeraderie, or theyre just out of the house. who knows.

my grandad, would come home, nan would have his tea onthe table, he'd shave and go down the pub, every night, and twice on the weekends.yet we as teh grandkids never saw him drunk..hed have two or three pints a night. and he always gave us half a crown.. and this was in the 60's, so not a lot has changed over the years.
Well i work in a pub, and in my experience, the single guys usually have an unsignificant other at home they dont want to spend time with, and because they spend all their time in the pub they class themselves as single!
they're lonely, and sports pubs are great places for men to socialize.
you like to go somewhere everyone knows your name.cheers!
If they r friends then WHY should they r fed up with each other's company??
Because they have no imagination!
I work in a pub and the regulars come in for the company as much as for the drink..
You must be a spoilsport . Why envy some blokes who only want some good time and mean no harm.
