When do you know that you've had enough counselling?
Answers:
Normally, your gut feelings ywould tell you.One way of finding out.. if you are able to deal with the issue(s) at hand without the help of the counsellor, or finding it difficult, you try to deal with it. If you are able, then just say thank you to the counsellor.
Honest counsellors will tell you after you ask them. it is up to you, but at the same time, discuss with your counsellor.

I think you would know when you have had enough. I think your intuition would tell you if the counselor was just doing it for the $$. What does tour gut tell you?
