What is in our conscious mind and what isn't?
Answers:
Your concious mind is where you are aware of what you are doing, seeing and hearing. What isn't are the things you do without thinking about. like breathing and so on. Your brain does all sorts of functions every second and you have no thought to it. it happens. It is your un-concious actions...
At least I think so. i might be wrong.

You and your universe and what isn't could just be under the surface ready to pop into your conscious world.
Finally, an easy question! What is in our conscious minds are turkey dinners and who should get Christmas presents. What isn't in our conscious minds are all the people we forget, who remember us and make us feel guilty and then we have to send them a Christmas card so everything is cool again.
your conscious mind imo,is how u percieve the world around u & how u react to it.
.very good question.
what is in our conscious mind has arrived there mostly from the world. ideas to the recognition of the natural world (seasons/plant/mineral/animal/. created forms and relationships). all of these arrive to the conscious mind by our relationship to them.
now..what isn't in the conscious mind are what we have not experienced of them yet. or have put aside so that our conscious mind may presently meet with the topic of exchange.
so.if you are sleeping...there is a quite good chance that you won't be thinking about what would be distracting and irrelevant to the sleep process. such as your shoes or your dogs tag-on-collar.
a conscious mind may contemplate experience (the past) or the future (purpose) and it may do this in the present because a conscious mind wills to consider them.

In my humble opinion, Mr. Freud uncovered a process to unlock cell memory. Not many agree. Logically, the evidence is clear and concise. Freud did not recognize it himself.
Studies have shown that the human memory function is split into three separate parts:
The CONSCIOUS, which is what you're using now to read this, talk to your friends and family and operate on a daily level
The SUBCONSCIOUS, which deals with information already gleaned. e.g. to answer the question "what did you have for dinner last night?" you use your subconscious brain. Everything you've ever learnt has been assimilated into your subconsious.
and the SUPERCONSCIOUS. This is the part of the brain that science currently can't explain - telepathic activity for example. Psychics use the superconscious brain to gain information from what Freud deemed "the collective unconscious" or "Akashic record" - it is the tapping of this superconscious mind through meditation that allows people to remember past lives and pull imformation to which they would not normally have access.
What you are prominently aware of is your conscious mind. The thoughts that you deal with in "the back of your mind" without realising or while asleep are your subconscious mind.
