your talking about the first ever psychology experiemnt,
it was about the effects of competion on some ones performance. if they are against some one else they will preform much better.
Effects of competition on behaviour (Triplett, 1887)

Performed either alone or competing with other children.

Perhaps if it was written in English someone could help.
Look at the early sports psychologist Norman Triplett on social facilitation. He did studies on the effect of performance while performing alone or with competition. Or you can just search for "social facilitation."
What idea I think you are trying to convey, or trying to illicit a response of understanding for, from the answerers, is from my view, where sociological interferences on someones behavior, brought about by the "presence of other people" (sociological stimulus), in an empirical sense (stimulus bought, coerced or induced through promise through various modes of stimulus) or through many other possible modes, this wish to influence performance, the ffects are wide-ranging and varied as to fortitude and character. It is my belief that it should be extremely effective. But it is also my belief that to impose something on someones performance through deception of intent, is weak.
