Is there anybody who is able to stay without job for one year?
Answers:
I did it for 18 months.
But if I told you why I'd have to kill you.
If I could afford to I WOULD !
Yes. Lots of people.
Me, I haven't had one for 13 years, I do have a reason though.
no i have to work, i would go insane with boredom otherwise
I did it by being in a coma.
no
Yes I did for about 15 months. But, you had to have been working before that and saved enough to not work for a year. Or you have a partner whom you live with (husband, boyfriend, significant other) and they work and make enough to maintain you both.
My other half stayed home for more than a year too to finish up college, but I was earning sufficiently to allow such a break.
It all comes down to dollars and SENSE: meaning you have to save your money and use it wisely. You have to control your urge to splurge!
I haven't had a job for almost a year, due to various personal circumstances. I am looking for one though.
Why work when there's this place to keep you sane?
me because I'm on SSI & Social Security.
i did - for 19 years years - before i moved out of my parent's house..
yeah its easy ive done it, but i got rather bored
me for 1 year but so terrible !
yeah, me and my flatmate
I did for 17 months.. it was hard .... but im working now.
If I could afford it I would but I can't THAT guy named bill (rent bill, phone bill, gas bill, insurance bill)harrasses me someone needs to shoot that guy
Sure. There are some who stay without job for the whole of their life time but they do household work.
Through choice or what!
I've never had that amount of time out of work, but I know some people can't get work. On the other hand if I won the lottery you wouldn't see me for dust and I would be out of work for the rest of my life - wanna job if I win on Saturday night.
i've done it for two sets of two years and then for one year. a total of five years without working.god they were good times
bill gates
I think you need a rich dead relative to do that, and then you'd probably end up working just to have the occupation, too much free time can become just as much a burdan as too much work.
so much.i would say, 40% people of the world is living with that kind of life.
sometimes if u got enough money & got other things 2 do in ur life........ but if u don't that must be hard i'm realy sorry for u & i hope u find ur perfect job
I did once i was doing a course and got sick of retail so much i got scared of doing something that was making me unhappy i had no idea what i wanted from life at all, learned loads and had a blast with all the free time, its just the way other people make you feel when your out of work that sucks i didnt claim benefits i got a few bob off the course ppl i guess but id mainly saved!
now im in a job and its crap but hey least i can tell people who dont give a crap about me that im working ..thats basically why i work now .still dont know what i want
an illegal immigrant selling crack and pimping out da ho's. They do it all the time.
Stay at home moms are not always employed by companies.
wish i could afford to
,it would be hell of a boring though eventualy.
If I didn't need the money then I probably could do it!
I'm doing it now, and boredom is the killer. Problem is I don't have to work, so I don't know what to do. That said, despite the boredom I would never go back unless I had to.
In England where i live you could stay at home and not work for 2yrs or more just living off the governments money-if you claim benefits, child support money or disability money- and working peoples money (taken off them as taxes). Which has become an increasing controversial corrupt issure making unemployed people comfortable with being unemployed.
