If I'm lazy, without any apparent reason-why is this?Is it a Spiritual thing or psychological?

Answers:
It's a motivational problem. Don't make it into something bigger than it is. If you go reading and delving into it, you might end up a lot less active, because you are sitting around thinking about it and reading, and NOT doing anything active.

Unfortunately, the only way not to be lazy is to get up and do something, even if you don't want to. Don't think about it. Don't ponder on what you want to do first. Don't ruminate (well, should I or shouldn't I) Don't even make plans if this seems too overwhelming. Just get up and go for a walk. Get out and clear your head. Then come back and clean your closets. Clear one bit of clutter each day.
In my case, it was being home during the day with kids and working in the evening. I just never felt like doing anything at all during the day, or like going to bed at night when I got home from work.
It's too easy to be lazy. A lot of people might not understand and might put you down, but just keep going anyway. do a little more each day.
You lack motivation--think of all the great things you can get by not being lazy (better health, better sex life, money), and use them to get you going.
Motivate Thyself
Probably a thyroid condition.
Psychological
I think not being lazy is a life lesson and if there is nobody there to teach you how not to be lazy then as humans we succumb to the easiest thing for us to do and that is nothing.
You're not that lazy. You managed to ask this question.
It could also be astrological too; my ex (hence ex) was Pisces, and he was REALLY lazy. Pisces are known to be this way.
I'm Pisces, too, but I give myself a push because I have a drive; my passion for my career because I believe in myself.
Spirituality is more like a state of mind or point of view, so I would say if not astrological, then the reason for laziness could be psychological: Maybe if you were put down all your life, you feel you won't amount to nothing, so you just give up and laze around.
Psychological i think

May be you consult a doctor for a medical check up.
You're just a lazy sh!t
It's a natural thing. Take lions for example. Once they have had something to eat and they feel secure they feel happy to just laze around and conserve energy.

Unfortunately modern life is more complex than life on the savannah. Sure, you could make a spiritual or psychological thing out of it if you want. Daoist sages for example are often described as doing as little as possible and drinking too much. But that doesn't mean any old drunk is a daoist!

The bottom line is that you have a choice. I personally feel that you get more out of life if you put more in. That doesn't however mean you have to run around like a headless chicken. It may just be paying attention to your surroundings more, or enjoying the minor things in life. As long as you're doing this if other people see you as lazy, who cares?
