Why all cities R divided to rough area, nice area and rich area? is it reflection of class divided society?

Answers:
True
Partially that, but also attitude of the residents and caliber of work done by the residents.

One thing you will notice is that the rich folks live at the top of the hills and the poorer folks on the flats (generally speaking)
Yes. They depict the state of human nature. We all have a nice, rough, and rich part of our psyche. For example, we hightlight our talents or strengths, we hide our bad parts, and there are parts of us that other people want. But just like the heart of a man is the true state of a man.the heart of a city (or inner city) is the true reflection of a country.
I blame the councils.
because rich people dont want to live next to poor people. nice houses arent built next to the projects. rich people can afford to not have to see people selling crack outside their window.
All councils do this, then they move bad ones on,knock old houses down, build nice ones,it goes on and on,round and round.Bad to good and so on
Because people that have the means to move away from a destitute area do it. They always try to better themselves and their living situation. If you had the opportunity to move to an area with like minded individuals and the money to do it would you?

We are divided economically, I wouldn't call it class. I just don't like the term.

One last reflection. Go to a church and look at the people, generally 90 % of the time they all look alike.
Not realy altough it can seem that way. Its just how the area looks and the price of the houses. This can obviously divide society into classes due the money thing.

But each area does have its good and bad areas where people just dont want to live because it is discribed as 'Rough'. Lets face it everyone want to live in a nice area where there's no trouble.
People with more money tend to `look after` their houses more than poorer people. They tend to spend money on the up-keep of the property and the garden to give it a nicer appearance. So other like minded people tend to want to live in an area with people who are similar to themselves.
the changes in a persons income changes his desires and ability's.
and people with close or smilier desires and requirements seem to blend very well.
so its just a matter of things falling in place.
Yeah I think society is divided into working class, middle class and upper class.
no that would be too sad - it's more a problem from the past that we can't get rid of so easily than that someting is wrong with us now or in the future.
because of the tv and the music all people see how we can live without crime and without poverty and you'll see that we will all - without one exeption - want to get rich and happy.
and we will all do that
then everybody is rich and healthy and that's the way it oughta be
dont let the present get you down and let's try to get a better tomorrow for everybody
Some areas are rich and rough. Other areas may be depressed but actually quite nice quaint places to live. Cities are not "divided", it is just that some people make arbitary decisions about different places.
This is the theory of Social Stratification; in which society is always divided into classes. Humans have a tendency to develop a hierarchy of power.
Ya ever heard birds of a feather flock together.
There is no question that in our society social class still exists today with the gap between rich and poor increasing! You will tend to find that the reason there is areas of cities that you can call rough or rich is because of a thing called social solidarity. This means that people of the same class or income who are suffering the same issues will stick together which creates a certain area! There not divided as such but the way people perceive these areas is what defines them! The reason why these areas remain how they are is because of the social vicious circle where if your living in poverty or deprivation its very very difficult to get out of that. And just remember one thing about these people. If only one person is suffering unemployment you could argue he is lazy! However if its a social issue then its a deeper problem and therefore a common sense explanation such as the one i just gave cannot hold to be the truth!
it's the board of Realtors fault. they drive the price up so that a certain class of people can't afford to live in certain neighborhoods.
