Where would cleaning one's house(as in making one's bed/doing dishes) fit into maslow's hierarchy of needs?

..and when i mean cleaning one's house I'm not talking about anything involving detergent or stuff like that as i feel that that sort of thing would count as a hygiene need . I'm asking about the urge to make one's bed to re-arrange the press to 'look' nicer, or putting things away after one uses them even though leaving such things where u left them wouldn't hurt ur 'appearance' need any. .The urge to put everything in it's proper place would be how to be how to put it best i think. Where does anyone think it goes in the hierarchy?

Answers:
the physiological part of the pyramid. "the needs for structure, order, security, and predictability" the cleaning would be structure and order i believe.
hummmmmmmmmmm i guess it makes a person feel better mentally
it all depends on how one see one task over anotheR. One may see having clean toilet as very important as compared to another one thinks a dirty toilet is fine but not a dirty living hall.
in between the need to watch telly and the need to earn enough to hire a cleaner
For most people it would be near the base of the pyramid just above sex, food, shelter, heat.
Its a secondary environmental need.
For some of us however it comes much higher up as a more 'luxury' need, like myself who finds mental stimulation such as surfing net far more important.
Its not a basic need since we'd all rate it differently.
You cited "urge" frequently even when such tasks are really unnecessary. They don't fit into the basic. they go into the higher level. except that such kind of sense of "urges" manifests obsessive-compulsive behavior.
To a point of not over done I find that to be a stable goal.
Otherwise OCD. I could use a small dose of ocd occasionally:-)
Seems like someone is scratching the surface of being diagnosed with obsessive cumpulsive disorder (OCD), lol i hope not, am just playing.

But to answer ur question i personally would say that it fits in the "Esteem Needs" in the pyramids. Thats a good thing tho, u kno being like that, wish my GF would be like that, lol am just playing.

Interesting question!
