Question if you were upset?
Would you hit the bottle or cans to get over it or seek solace elsewhere
Answers:
Nope. Alcohol is a depressant and fixes nothing.
I prefer a good talk with a good friend who will listen.
No,I wouldn't hit the bottle but,maybe do something else I can't say!lol
honestly, a bit of both.
seek solace elsewhere
it would depend on how upset i was and what it was over.
A daunting question for a recovering alcoholic. So far, in times of trouble, I have rejected the notion, becoming pro-active in seeking solution(s). But come a life event crisis, I do not know, and fear the worse.
Getting upset over situations which we can't control is an exercise in futility. Take a few deep breaths, chill out and move on.
Neither, i'd probably go out and hit the first person i met in the street.
depending how much i were upset would govern what i would do. Hitting the bottle or cans may help you but when the drink wears off its back to square one. Seek solace elswhere.
I would hit the cans with the bottle make lots of mess, then go out and get pi***d instead!!!! Don't get down, get out and meet lots of other crazy and upset people! Hope you work it out.
Yeh same as happy1 her...
I retreat into myself to find a way out of the upset.
If it's something I need to talk through, I got a fab friend who's a wonderful listener.
Bottles don't have answers, neither do cans. They just leave a sad count behind to let you know how many it took to get over the upset, that's even more depressing
seek solace elsewhere. i know many families broken apart by drinking
Honestly, my tendency is to hit the bottle. It's a quick-fix cuz it helps me forget everything (at least temporarily). But ultimately, it solves nothing. A good alternative is to do cardio exercise. Getting the heartrate up is amazingly effective in some instances.
i'd seek solace, seeing as i am not into booze myself
