Not sure what you're asking, but I can tell you it's easier to watch a vehicle speeding away from you than towards you -- for instance, if you're watching from above, from on an over-pass.

Yup when u see abus towards u it is lke a mind game, either do or die. Your time is running out and yr mind will be too shock to control yr body for evading the bus. But u must tell yrself that u must live on and tried to jump yr leg either to yr right or left with full force which u think is safer point. Stylish 007 u will be, but the most important part is that u must SURVIVE!! for yr self and yr love ones.

To yr question u must use flight as the bus is coming towards u as u cannot use fight or u want to be crush by the bus or the person u dislike in the bus.

Does public transport generate an inverse Doppler chronologic field -worthy of further study. This might also explain why they are perceived to be late when you are waiting for them, but have gone too early when you miss them. I think you could be on to something here!
Time isn't a mind-game, it's a waiting-game.
Yes, at times of stress many people will see time passing slower.

I think there are 2 things:
1 Different people already have different concepts of time
2 Focus seem to make time pass slower

Time is relative, while clocks give us all a common measure of time, our natural clocks are all different, and we can vary them as and when needed.

Our own personal definitions of time depends on how we see and do things. A very simple example: if someone is used to driving very fast, then a 10 minute trip over a distance of 5 km would be slow, but for someone used to driving slowly, it would be reasonable.

On top of that, in certain circumstances, we perceive time as passing very slowly, everything is in slow motion, with the possible exception of your own self.

I think this is due to focus, our minds start working at such a speed that everything else is going much slower than normal, and the difference in speed is so great as to be very perceptible.

That type of focus can be brought on by fear for example, or some crisis, where we basically sort of kick into overdrive. It can also have physical effects such as in cases where people can lift huge loads and so on.

The ultimate trick is to be able to modify our own perception of time as an when we want to. Most people who have experienced the world slowing down would have done so involuntarily, but there are some people who are supposed to be able to do it voluntarily. On a 'grand' scale these would be mystics and the like.

On a more mundane level, I also think of say great goalkeepers with amazing reflexes are that good because their perception of time is different, the see the ball and have the time to react where most of us would have been unable to react. This is not pure reflex, but is likely to be something that has been conditioned, where they are able to bring their focus to a level where external things slow down, so they are able to react much faster than the rest of us.
Time has slowed down for me on several occasions, particularly when I was experiencing danger (about to crash in a car, trying not to drown).

Time is artificial. Only the present moment exists. But I'm not clever enough (yet) to prove this. :-)
