Pickle juice for calf cramps?

is it true that pickle juice is a quick remedy when suffering from cramps?

Answers:
Cramp is usually a sign of lack of oxygen reaching the muscle. Thus lactic acid builds up which manifest into cramp. It's important to stretch probably and warn up. A sports drink or high glucose content/ energy food like banana can help.
Yup, my son drinks it for cramps he gets from football.gross huh?
Im not sure but ive heard fish oil can help cramps.
I got them really bad when I was pregnant and the doctor said to eat melons. Drink water and when you get one have someone push your toes toward your head.
All it did for me was bad smelling breath
Drink too much and you'll get stomach cramps!
It is not a quick remedy when suffering. You have to drink it in advance to help avoid cramps.
Indian tonic water.
If you mean the night-time-jump-out-of-bed kind of calf cramp I take B12 with Folate from Metagenics Inc every morning to ward that off. It worked for me, and other people told me about it.
It is one tonic for cramps because of the sodium content.however, I prefer a sports drink because you get the same benefits, with a better aftertaste =P
Nooo, vitamin C and lots of water,
If your getting calf cramps then you are a little low on sodium. Try just adding a sprinkle of salt with your food.
