Because us scot's are great fun and know how to party without causing trouble. However alot of england fans give them lot a bad name as they're a bunch of louts who are too happy to use their fists!!!

its not just football it is england in general you just have to look at the history books to see that england trampled all over the world in the past and they are as insular in attitude as the americans.
I would put it down to jealousy, cause England take more fans than any other country , out sing and out party anyone, shame a very small amount cause trouble, but that's no different to any other country.
