Which school can i choose to study the MBA dregree about the Maritime in England or Sweeden?

Hi everybody! My name's Tran Anh, i'm a Vietnamese studying at University of Transport in Vietnam and plan to get a master degree in Maritime in England or Sweeden. There are a few places you can try but some I have heard of are:
* MBA - Maritime Management - University of Greenwich
or
there's a Greenwich Maritime Institute at the University of Greenwich which has a range of courses.
