Brechin City fans the greatest?
We have a tiny local population, no religious bigotry to keep fans interested and we have a hedge along the length of the ground.
One hundred years of existence without a single trophy.
How many stupid weegees would put up with that?
Therefore we are the greatest fans in the world.
Yes?

hahaha.brechin is a fuc*ing shite hole..and i aint a weegee i'm fae forfar and go to all rangers games so get it up ye..and before you say anything aint a glory hunter been going to ibrox since early 80's when we were winning next to nothing..W.A.T.P.
Blah Blah Blah
Sarcastic. are you being...erm..well..sarca.
Yes, as a fellow Brechiner (only a few of thousand of us and there's another one here!) I have to say we are the best, and so is our hedge. I don't see any other trophy-less football teams with a hedge at their ground. And when was the last time there was a big fight at Glebe Park? Exactly.
[Edit]
Damn my screenname, I am being genuine! I am a Brechiner through and through dammit.
Jock ,I agree with some of what you say,I take my hat off to any fan supporting his local team, but then you let your small town chip on the shoulder show, and your point was wasted.
Why do you have to take a dig at the old firm, most of us support our local team, the same as you,and yes I know we have the pot hunters from outside Glasgow ,it goes with the territory.
So please when you are making your point don,t spoil it by being petty.
A'right Jock.
Im a Raith man but must admit that i do like going to Brechin's ground, it reminds me of the older Starks park where you could go around the side at half time.
The banter you get with the Brechin fans is great aswell, unthreatening, the way football matches should be.
Good on you for supporting yer local club aswell, theres nothing pisses me off more than seeing busloads of old firm fans leaving Kirkcaldy on a Saturday.
I think that supporters of smaller clubs like yours are worth 100 "fans" of Premiership teams and the like. You'll see the attendances at places like Blackburn and Palace vary in proportion to where they are in the league. Whereas I'd venture to suggest that you'd have the same amount of Brechin supporters at the game whether you were in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd division.
hi jock ,
good on you for supporting your local team me im a glory hunter i support Watford(lot of glory there!) but i now reside in the scottish borders so who knows i may come to your little town and see this piece of hedge, but there are many fans that support conference and lower league teams so maybe they could share the title with you ........... oh and as much as i hate to say this cos it really hurts ,but good luck to the bog monkeys in Kiev tonight
alrite jock iv got a soft spot for brechin..iv been to see them on several occation's when i was younger the reason's for this i did not have much choice coming from stonehaven myself they only had a junior team so i had my true love the aberdeen in the north STAND FREE and brechin in the south(f.u.c.k. the montrose) my old man never took me to watch aberdeen the prick he was so because we had family in brechin wonder if ya knew them they used to own the chipper in montrose road so every time we visited them dad took me to watch brechin and i have to admit most of the fans were in there 70's but ok then the greatest fans in the world are ????
better than montrose fans any day.
Jock I`m sure you lot won a second division championship under wee dick. Yes?No? Got to agree it is a nice ground, but when did the sweetie shop that was next to the hedge get removed. Anyway don`t waste your breath on the Old Firm fans, save it for the Airdrie fans, now they really are scum. They even make Morton fans seem civilised. I can`t think of a lower league side in the central belt with a good word to say about them.
you may be right jock but there is one of there fans who gets a bit wound up from time to time. can you guess who that is (jock).
