Don't hate..Appreciate! It is also testament to the team that supporters living in London travel to Manchester (4 hours drive) to watch a match. My uncle has flown from Malta (thats a 3 hour flight) to watch 'his team' and the creme da la creme of players.

I know this one!! My football skip at uni was a reds fan. There is a whole fan club in London, I think called - the London Reds, maybe not surprisingly. They travel together and one would assume stay together as a group. Pretty cool really.
As there are a gazzillion fans worldwide, I suppose you get a pretty strange mix at the games, even the home ones and don't forget, they have huge home gates.

why does no one make this kind of crap joke about liverpool supporters? liverpool has an estimated population of 500,000, take away the number who support everton or don't follow football and what do you have - 18 million liverpool fans in the world right now.
Any Mancunians I've met all support City. Man U seem to get their support from outside the city walls.
