How do i turn around a football team that gets beaten heavily every week without looking for new players?
Answers:
first of all they need extra-extra more training than usual. than come the formation. Play defensive + counter attack make it 5-4-1. learn how 2 master more set piece. and lastly a draw is better than 2 lose. so dont think of attacking but defending.

Focus on their strengths, individually and collectively. Make it fun for them to pronounce their abilities. Some have speed some strength, some agility etc. Keep your play book simple and your strategy to emphasize the fundamentals. Keep your head up and shoulder pads low, eye on the ball defensively not on the opposing players, go with the snap. Use your backs and maybe pull guards for extra blocking on one side or the other. Play design built on the strengths of players not coaching startegy

focus on defense and fast counter attack and train the players physically and mentally on their position (what and how their job) and try to have control of mid field by having a lot and good player there

4-5-1 formation staggerd middle work on first touches,passing, and protecting the ball. make sure the middle has your best defenders games are won in midfield and your fastest guys are you back line. stress the importance of set pieces and corners. also stress on playing the ball to the defenders back and through runs. last but not least team chemistry get them used to playing with each other PLAY AS A TEAM !! good luck
