Hate is a terrible word?

i think we all (dislike) clubs but why use the word hate?
surely you cant HATE another club just because there your neighbours or they have money or are more sucsessfull than your club?
its sad that people abuse each other on here i admit i will give abuse back but i would rather just have a bit of banter any day.
