There is an area north of Spitalfields market where on Sundays you can go get loads of 2nd hand and very dodgy bikes and bike parts.
It does take a bit to find it, but is worthwhile, will have what ever you are looking for. Be prepared to haggle a bit.
for cycles go to Evans in Lambeth, near Waterloo
computer equipment is anywhere in Tottenham Court Road, lots of stores there
I don't know if you are looking to get them in the same place..but how about craigslist??I know its not that big there but it does seem to have some opertuinities. If you are looking for a brick and motar spot I might suggest a place I try to hit every time I find myself in London on a Sunday Morning ..and that would be BRICK LANE..alot of the sellers there seem a bit dodgy and you can tell that some of the bikes are nicked for sure..but they(the sketchy ones) seem to be on the outskirts of the market..I like the old guy with the truck on the left side of the market(well in the middle) as you approach Brick lane from the city side..I believe his name is george and he has been selling there since he was 12--before WWII ,he has a bunch of regulars so I dont think hes on the wrong side of the law and while most of his bikes are general low key users (not attractive to thieves) -he does turn up with the occasionail CLASSIC hence the regulars.There are a buch of folks in the market selling computer stuff as well ..I assume its the same as for bikes--buyer beware..the whole thing there starts around 6 am..good luck!! don't forget to try craigslist.org too..erikZO
p.s there is also a CAFE on Brick lane next to the 24 hour bagel shop that has internet access it is called cogswell if my memorie serves me.you could get on CL there
