I think you might be onto something millions of people would pay to watch the vertically challenged compete against each other, the hurdles would be particularly funny!

Technically speaking gymnastics is kind of a midget even because most of the gymnast are REALLY REALLY SHORT! I suppose if you wanted to take that into consideration you could mention it!
Midget Olympic Games like other versions of Olympic games -- Paralympics, Corporate Olympic Games, etc. -- are basically not marketable and therefore cannot be sustained in the long-term. It's very expensive to host even a mini-Olympic games for any group of physically challenged athletes.
