I was at the Cardiff match yesterday and all the talk is that he will not join Cardiff. Dave Jones approcahed Man Utd about loaning him for a month while Steven Thompson gains full fitness and Alex Ferguson publicly said that he thinks a loan move to Cardiff would be good for one month. He gave Cardiff permission to speak to Alan which apparently will happen on Monday. However Leeds have thrown their hat into the ring along with various other clubs and the consensus is he will go elsewhere. Ninian Park is not a happy ground for Alan and he was sent off there in a 2-1 FA Cup defeat in his Leeds days. The only reason he may join is the Ridsdale factor and connection.
No, CCFC were after him and it looked good, but Leeds have joined the race and it looks he could go back there!
No he is still at Man Utd but Everton have asked to have him on loan My daughter is upset because she loves him and she just bought a Man Utd shirt and had smudge and number 14 put on the back.
NO
no he playes for manu
Think Smudge is coming back to Leeds on loan !
There is speculation that Ferguson wants Alan Smith to go to Cardiff this January to get himself perfectly fit and to get some match practise, after recovering from a horrific incident in the FA Cup against Liverpool last season.
Whatever be it, I think he will join [or rather on loan] one club or another in the January transfer window.
No he is still at Man Utd but even though Cardiff want him to go there on loan his heart says Yorkshire and if he is allowed to make the decision then Elland Road is the only place for him.
No, it looks like he is on his way to Everton in a move which will take Beattie to Man Utd.
he cant go to everton on loan yet because that is breaking the rules. No player is allowed to go to a club during non transfer window time unless they are a free agent. Man Unt dont want to sell him anyways they just want him to regain fitness. He wil go to Newcastle anyways not Everton
Cardiff want to loan alan smith from Mu. Ferguson agree but smith didn't answer yet. maybe he move or stay.
