take a look at any club that have stars on their tops man u Liverpool Celtic they are only on that top because they have won the best and most important cup in Europe.rangers on the other hand put 5 stars on their top because they have won the domestic league over 50 times if every team put stars on their tops for winning the domestic leagues it would mean nothing at all hearts would even have some and so would the mighty Aberdeen rangers are just jealous of Europe's elite teams and are trying to keep up with Liverpool who to my mind are the only team that can really have 5 stars on their tops

Yep. Stars are only given to the elite team in europe for that season.
