Are SpeedDemon skateboards good skateboards?
I got a speeddemon skateboard with element wheels and phantom trucks. Is that gonna be a good skateboard??

The SpeedDemon bearings are horrid. They collect dirt and stuff really fast. The decks are a bit too concave and break really quickly, as long as you are doing a lot of grinding and such. If you are a beginner, it should be a fine skateboard.
Element wheels tend to wear down pretty quickly, but if you freeze them, they might last a bit longer.
And the phantom trucks are (in my opinion) are horrible. They are light, but break really fast. The only thing that I can say good about them is the fact that they are so cheap.
Hopefully you are just starting out, because as you get a bit better, you should probably invest in better gear.
A great skateboard combo (if you have the money) would probably be:
Krux Downlow Trucks: usually ranging around 50 bucks for the pair. These last FOREVER! They are also extremely light and very well cushioned. Awesome deal for the quality that you are getting.
Revolution RevDeck Deck: Made of Carbon-Fiber, which I believe is the same stuff that military weapons are made of. I have yet to even crack this board and I have had it for almost 4 years. Awesome deck, but a bit pricy at around 120 dollars.
For wheels, usually they are all about the same to me, but to increase the life AND the grip, freeze them overnight before using them.
