How do you pronounce Robert KUBICA the new Polish F1 driver?

Robert Kubica is the new driver for F1 team BMW-Sauber. He replaced Jaque Villeneuve earlier this season.
How do you pronounce his second name? I've heard commentators say it "Ku-bitz-uh" and "Ku-bee-ka". Which is correct?

Have just looked on Wikipedia and it says it is Koo-Bee-Tsah - so let's use that!!

Both these are correct, in certain languages both may be accepted but in some you have only one of them being correct.
Kubica is Polish, his name will have a Slavic pronunciation. What I've heard on TV is halfway between "kuBEECHa" and "kuBIZZa" (like pizza).
