With only 2 goals in 32 games do you think Freddy Adu is good enough for the premiership?
I know he is only 17 but the MLS is not the strongest league in the world and other 17 year olds have done well in the premiership what do you think?
Answers:
I think he is exactly what Manchester United and the Premiership need!!.. With him up front for them, it'll give the rest of the teams a chance to catch up!
Yes. he his. to play in Zambia. do not hold him. let him go for good.
Freddy Adu has been hailed as the new Pele. Like Pele he started in not such a strong league, and will probably get a move to a major European club- possibly Man Utd, Chelsea, or AC Milan. I first heard about him when he was 14, so he must be something pretty special.
He isn't good enough for the Premiership yet, but a few seasons out on loan in the Championship, and he will be a class act for years to come.
in 3 - 4 seasons he could be great
No.
Adu it's over-rated he will never have a spot in that team.
It would be a good experience for him to play there but i believe that he does not have what it take to play at that level.
I can be a super star in the US but that will not happen in the UK. Players like him they have them left and right.
he is good enough for the premiership
i think he is like jon obi mikel that chelsea have got, teach him well and he will become a star
Its acceptable, because he's a midfielder, not a striker.
But I don't think he's ready for the rigours of the Premiership yet. I expect that he'll be spending at least 1-2 seasons in the reserve league first.
not enough experience.train him &u`ll not be able to catch him.has enormous potential.he might beat Allan Shearer`s record of 260 goals in 7 to 8 yrs.
yes i think he is good enough, all he needs is a good manager to show him the way (alex ferguson) and he shall be knockin them in! :]
no,the americans introduced him to soon they need to wait for him to develop.
i think fredd as not a bad player, for a youngman he still can be a good player in premirship, with his technic and speed he will be one of topscores player in premiership.
truth is he's an attacking midfielder so he wouldn't score as many goals s your expecting, but with his talent and the fact its the mls he should realy of scored at LEAST 10
Well soccer (football) is not only about scoring and like you said someone who is 17 (younger than me) already has a date with man u. so far so good i say. wish this guy the best and hope he will not be a bust.
