Did anyone watch The Match yesterday?

We went to Newcastle to actually watch it and there was a streaker, and 3 or 4 people running onto the pitch during the game, which was bad enough, but then that silly pratt Harvey started a fight with one of the Legends- who the hell does he think he is? He was gearing up for a fight throughout the whole match- it was only a matter of time, but why do it when he knows half the audience were kids who now just think he is a total pratt?!

I would of loved to see harvey get knocked out by dennis irwin that would have been priceless. The game itself was terrible i would rather watch tottenham play.

no i didnt c it, but my BF's a geordie, he's in europe at the moment, wouldn't b b surprised if he caught it on telly, he's gearing up to hit the toon in about 1 1/2 weeks!
Ha ha! Yes I watched the little nob jockey throw his hissy fit like the nutty kid in the class who's forgotten to take his ritalin again.

For me, the incident epitomised the whole charade; Dennis Irwin's cold professionalism staring down the jumped up little cretin's pathetic attempts at emulating the likes of Keane, Jones and Viera from Irwin's playing days and coming off like the two bit nobody wanabe starlet he truly is. While part of me wishes he'd tried it on with Winterburn or Batty, most of me takes satisfaction in seeing Harvey humiliated by his own tantrum in comparison to true football professionalism.

Next year the Legends should go for the jugular, playing Shearer up front and Schmeichel in goals and routing the collection of third rate celebreties like the weasels they are - Apart from Ralph Little who can actually play a bit and shows a bit of respect now and then.
