Kids football. serious question..?

my son plays for an u10's team they won the league for the last 3 years. 2 of our players have been signed by a league club. the rules say they can't play for both, but been told that this will be ok due to age and will be ignored. other teams in his leage also have similar problem. however.. if we manage to win it again i feel that the jeleousy thing may kick in and we'll be disqualified as "rules are rules"
i wish the lads all the best, but do we risk playing them and playin a full season only to be told we broke the rules?

serious answers only please.. we know these kids since they were 5 and are really unsure what to do!

My lad is 7yrs old and is currently with a league 1 club aswell as his local team ,i have been told by the pro club that when he turns 8 he will either sign to the club therefore the club hold his registration or go to his local club. There is a local FA rule saying he can only play for his registered club,if he wants to play for any other team he needs to gain permission from the club who hold his registration, hope this has helped p.s ignore the rest of the jealous ****** only pro coaching will develop his natural talent ,tell him to keep up the good work and enjoy his football.
I wouldn't start my kid that young on football. Sometimes they are injure and can't play for the rest of thier life.

PUT THEM IN SOCCER. If they have the body & skills they can still prove it in High School.
Ignore the yank!
If they have dispensation to play, get it in writing from the League committee or local FA or whoever sanctioned it.
if you have not been told officially about this rule then carry on and say that you didn't know. if you have been told, carry on anyway cos your kid will make millions anyway.
i agree with you rules r rules regardless ov age. on the other hand iv u play them at least theyl get a game and av fun thts wht its all abowt at the end ov the day... but its ur decision ..
contact the league that you play for ask them , then get in contact with the F A ask them there web site is WWW.FA.COM league rules cannot be ignored otherwise whats the point in having them?
do you mean the boys have been scouted? if yes one of my players was and the team that scouted them would not allow them to play for me not the league.
first point of contact i would think is league registration sec and ask them they should know if anyone does hope this helps best of luck with your season
i played and went through the pro system,my advice is don't let these clubs take your kids to soon.football is about expressing your self and these people don't have a clue teaching.honest i know, let them have FUN for now
consult your local FA
