I am in a dilema i have rugby on wednesdays and sundays but tkd on a friday would this affect my tkd?
just needed to know is it good or will it interfere with my rugby

I do not see a dilemma here. They are different nights.
What I think is odd is that you only go to TKD class once a week.
I really hope you are training on your own because once a week is almost useless.
Maybe another TKD person can answer, is this typical for TKD to only have class once a week?

YES! Your Rugby friends will have a field day using you as a dummy when they hear you do TKD.
as long as u dont get a injury in rugby you should not have a problem, Rugby us to much fun to give up.
