How bad is our rugby team? Winless streak now 28?

I play for a local rugby team whos record this season is played 2 lost 2, on the back of 24 winless games from last season, and 2 more at the back end of the season before?

I know they feeling of losing we lost the last 6 games last season, whist put us down a league.

What you need to do is recruit youngsters with pace and the will to play? since we have we've won 4 from 4?
