Combat sports question.?

If and when my dream of opening an arts centre with an included martial arts branch comes to fruition what laws/licenses/etc would I be required to meet if I wanted to promote legal semi contact/full contact martial arts tournaments?

Answers:
Check with the local council in your area the Scottish and English laws differ and as I might have said they differ from (County) Region. Fire regs for venue as well as toilets, security, licensing for food and beverages this all just off the top of my head. You could try applying for charitable status to if you got a good reason to, personal gain not the best reason I would say
You better have lots and lots of insurance and a good lawyer.
You need to check with your local boxing commission. Every jurisdiction has different regulations for prizefights. I don't see how it could be economically viable to have a hall dedicated solely to pro martial arts tournaments.
