It's almost impossible to answer that one Bennymole. Do you know how long some of these promotions have been going? Every wrestler comes to the end of his/her shelf life and does eventually get fired. Others get the boot for injuries or bad behaviour.
Your best bet is to Wiki anyone you have particularly in mind. If they got fired, the details will be there. You can also Wiki Vince McMahon or Eric Bischoff. Some of their firings have been legendary. Hope this helps!
